Our House Rules and Policies

Cancellations

We recognize that unexpected events can occur, but a B&B is a business with actual expenses.

As such, our cancellation policy is as follows: More than 14 days before check-in:

No Charge

Between 1 to 13 days before check-in:

50% of the total stay

Cancellations within 24 hours

and / or "No Shows":

Full Payment required

If you need to reschedule your stay, 50% of the cancellation fee can be applied to the new reservation.

Adults ONLY

We too have a large family, but we don't always travel with them.

We take pride in providing an ADULTS ONLY experience for our guests.

Please no children under the age of 12.

Adults must be at least 25 years of age to check in.

Credit Card Payments

Due to rising merchant fees, a 3% fee will be added to the total bill when using a credit card.

We welcome debit, e-transfer, or cash payments.

NO Animals

We understand that some individuals need genuine service animals; however, due to recent circumstances in our lives, we cannot permit any animals in our home.
